I live in Taos, NM, and things are tough all over, but up here in the mountains, it’s especially rough.

I wanted the phrase “Best Christmas ever” to be a little wry. Same with the lucky selection of Pitx’ acoustic guitar with just the right Latin intonation “Writing the Future.”

Still, we can hope for turn-arounds and for things to change, and maybe the best way is to make it the best Christmas ever.

So here’s to writing the future :)
