We haven’t had any new snowflake music in, what, 3 weeks! No more cold turkey.

Regarding the way I treated the subject matter, the darkness can creep up like a kind of seduction. I think most musicians I’ve met know the darkness, and how in the worst moments of sadness, the longing to get out is almost like the call of a dangerous siren.

That’s how I treated this arrangement.
